Refund Policy


Each and every one of the products on Lilliputs’ website is carefully curated. Only in instances where customers let us know of manufacturing defects, damage, or sizing issues do we accept returns. Refunds are credited back to the source in 72 hours or 3 working days.

We do not accept returns on discounted products and some products are not eligible for return or refund. In case of return and refund, there should not be any tinkering with products or packaging otherwise, it would be canceled. 


Returning an item:

  1. Please contact us at Support@thelilliputs.com or call us on 18008907002 within 5 days of receiving the product. Photos and a reason for returning the item should accompany the return request. Contact us as soon as possible at Lilliput support. If it is later than this deadline, your request will be denied. 
  2. If the product is returnable, only then Lilliputs will approve the return & refund request. Details on pick-up will be emailed and SMS to you before our executive comes at your place. Our team promises that this will be as easy for you as possible.

Return & Refund

  1. Only Upon receipt and validation of the returned original product, the refund will be processed by Lilliputs.
  2. You will receive your refund for returned products within 72 hours once the product comes back to us.
  3. The refund will be made to the original source account that processed the payment. When you complete a transaction at Lilliputs, you choose which payment method to use. From the date of approval of the return request, the refund will reflect in the source account within 3 working days.
  4. Products with damaged packaging or products with damage will not be accepted by Lilliputs.
